La presentazione aziendale \u00e8 diventata un immancabile biglietto da visita. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viene spesso chiamata corporate profile e contiene le informazioni necessarie per presentare la propria azienda.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u2019 un documento di presentazione iniziale che da spesso seguito a meeting preliminari, ad incontri con banche, ad occasioni di vendita e molto altro.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perch\u00e9 la presentazione aziendale \u00e8 cosi importante?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La parola chiave \u00e8 modularit\u00e0.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una presentazione aziendale efficace deve necessariamente essere strutturata per moduli in modo da offrire la massima flessibilit\u00e0. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scomponendola in moduli, scoprirai che ci sono alcune parti che devono adattarsi all\u2019audience ed al contesto, mentre altre sono abbastanza stabili.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sulla presentazione di MLC Presentation Design Consulting ho lavorato con le sezioni di PowerPoint che si sposano perfettamente con la strutturazione di una presentazione aziendale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/shop.mauriziolacava.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/BLOG_Business-Presentations_3.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Da dove cominciare?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima di tutto dobbiamo capire quali sezioni vogliamo includere nella tua presentazione aziendale ed in che ordine presentarle.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Lean Presentation Design ci insegna che una presentazione persuasiva ha una struttura ricorrente, rintracciabile in quello che viene chiamato Lean Presentation Strategy Canvas.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una struttura vincente per la tua presentazione aziendale <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pensare in maniera lean alla tua presentazione significa avere la capacit\u00e0 di pianificarne strategicamente la struttura prima di scatenarti su PowerPoint.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sono un grande utilizzatore di PowerPoint e credo fermamente che sia lo strumento perfetto per realizzare presentazioni ma approcciarlo troppo presto nel processo di creazione di una presentazione rischia di distogliere la tua attenzione da ci\u00f2 che, in prima battuta, veramente conta: la storyline.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lascia da parte gli allineamenti, la scelta di font, colori e seguimi attentamente.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/shop.mauriziolacava.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/BLOG_Business-Presentations_4.jpg.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Lean Presentatio Strategy Canvas \u00e8 una colonna portante del Lean Presentation Design\u00ae e ti pu\u00f2 guidare nella realizzazione di presentazioni davvero d\u2019impatto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasciamoci guidare ed anteponiamo la strategia comunicativa alla realizzazione pratica della presentazione.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applichiamo insieme il Canvas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pronti? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Via!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprendi la tua audience prima di tutto <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ogni presentazione deve cominciare da un\u2019attenta comprensione dell\u2019 audience.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche una presentazione aziendale da corporate profile?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Io utilizzo questo simpatico schema per fare il punto e chiarirmi le idee da subito.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/shop.mauriziolacava.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/BLOG_Business-Presentations_8.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Per completarlo devi avere una conoscenza minima della tua audience. Se non ce l\u2019hai allora \u00e8 il momento di fare un p\u00f2 di ricerca o un p\u00f2 di domande alle persone giuste.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quali informazioni dovrei cercare?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come vedi, non si tratta di scoprire la storia della vita di ogni persona nella tua audience, ma di conoscere le informazioni concrete che ti permettono di tracciare la via del cambiamento ed essere la loro guida.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per quale motivo potrebbero non voler adottare il cambiamento che stai proponendo, quali conoscenze o idee hai bisogno di sradicare per instillare questa nuova consapevolezza?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Lean Presentation Strategy Canvas le chiama \u201cresistenze\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le resistenze in Lean Presentation Design sono tutte le ragioni per le quali le persone non dovrebbero accettare la tua idea ed hanno un\u2019importanza strategica nella realizzazione della tua presentazione aziendale.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intuisci gi\u00e0 a cosa ti serviranno?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le resistenze sono il punto di partenza di un processo di reverse engineering della comunicazione.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Difficile? Per niente, seguimi.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essere consapevole delle resistenze ti permette di identificare quali informazioni non possono assolutamente mancare all\u2019interno della tua presentazione.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vuoi acquisire un nuovo cliente ma temi non sia a conoscenza di tutta la tua esperienza nel settore e allora hai bisogno di mostrare dei testimonial o delle review.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magari, stai realizzando una presentazione aziendale che ha lo scopo di condividere con i consumatori l\u2019attenzione della tua azienda alle tematiche di ecosostenibilit\u00e0 poich\u00e9 sei consapevole che questo trend di mercato sia un differenziale competitivo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ecco che ti troverai a descrivere i risultati di tutte le iniziative che la tua organizzazione ha intrapreso in tal senso.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti \u00e8 chiara la dinamica di interazione tra Obiettivo \/ Audience \/ Resistence?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se avessi qualche dubbio chiedi pure nei commenti, sar\u00f2 felice di condividere un chiarimento.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bene, allora andiamo avanti.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ora che hai ben chiari audience, obiettivo e resistenze \u00e8 il momento di impostare la storyline.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cos\u2019\u00e9 una storyline?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml:lang=\"IT-IT\" lang=\"IT-IT\" class=\"TextRun SCXW202154547 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW202154547 BCX0\">Non \u00e8 altro che l\u2019ordine di presentazione dei tuoi contenuti.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW202154547 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perch\u00e9?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semplicemente perch\u00e9 l\u2019ordine in cui presenti le informazioni fa tutta la differenza del mondo. Puoi ottenere una storyline efficace ed un\u2019altra noiosissima.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il tutto sta nell\u2019ordinare bene le informazioni presentate.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una presentazione aziendale efficace parla delle persone <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSiamo l\u2019azienda leader del settore, abbiamo anni di esperienza ed una miriade di clienti soddisfatti\u201d.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ecco come comincia la tipica presentazione aziendale.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se anche la tua ha questa struttura, allora mettiti comodo e seguimi attentamente, c\u2019\u00e9 del lavoro da
